compro già quelle eviscerate), sciacquarle bene sotto l’acqua corrente e
asciugarle tamponandole con carta assorbente da cucina. Lavare i pomodorini e

forno (io uso la leccarda) con della carta da forno, appoggiare due pezzi di
carta stagnola, spruzzarli con un leggero velo di olio (io ho il vaporizzatore,
ma si può anche usare un pennello da cucina). Cospargere le orate ed il loro
interno con gli aromi e adagiarle sulla stagnola. Distribuite intorno alle
orate i pomodorini e spruzzare il tutto con un altro velo di olio. Con altri
due pezzi di stagnola chiudere bene le orate e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a
180° per 20 minuti.</span></div>

sale, Tagliare a dadini il burro freddo di frigo e sbriciolarlo con gli altri
ingredienti. Rifare la fontana, aggiungere la nutella, qualche cucchiaio di
latte e amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti. Potete fare la stessa operazione
anche con una planetaria. Avvolgere l’impasto nella pellicola e farlo riposare
per 20/30 minuti in frigo. </span></div>

formina a forma di cuore tagliare la pasta. Sistemare i biscotti sulla placca
del forno ricoperta con carta forno. Cuocere in forno caldo a 170° per 15
minuti circa.</span></div>

minuti. Nel frattempo cuocere per 5 minuti in abbondante acqua salata i piselli.
Scolarli e raffreddarli velocemente.</span></div>

le uova, poi incorporare un po’ alla volta la ricotta, la Philadelphia e il
parmigiano. Alla fine sale e pepe.</span></div>

la pasta brisè e ricavare 12 dischi (io li ho fatti del diametro di 7cm e me ne
sono venuti 12). Mettere i dischetti nei pirottini (io li ho di silicone),
bucherellare il fondo con una forchetta e riempire con il ripieno (ho avanzato
del ripieno per almeno altre 4 mini quiche).</span></div>

sottili e mettere in uno scolapasta per far andare via il liquido in eccesso. Aprire
il rotolo di pasta sfoglia, coprire tutta la superficie con il prosciutto
lasciando un piccolo spazio vuoto in uno dei bordi del lato lungo. Aggiungere
le fettine di mozzarella e poi arrotolare dal lato lungo. La fine deve essere
il pezzo lasciato vuoto e per farlo aderire meglio alla sfoglia, spennellare
con un pochino di acqua o latte. Poi mettere il salame di sfoglia nella
pellicola trasparente e 10-15 minuti nel freezer (è un consiglio che ho letto
su internet, così sarà più facile tagliare il rotolo a fette, si schiaccerà di
meno).</span></div>

con farina, zucchero e sale. Tagliare a dadini il burro freddo di frigo e

amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti, lavorando l’impasto il meno possibile per non
fargli perdere friabilità. Avvolgere l’impasto nella pellicola e farlo riposare
per 10 minuti in frigo. Foderare la tortiera (26/28 cm di diametro) con carta
da forno. Stendere la frolla e foderare la tortiera. Spalmare uno strato di
nocciolata e poi sopra la marmellata. Decorare la superficie con i ritagli di
pasta. Cuocere in forno caldo a 180° per 25-30 minuti. Prima di togliere la

spinaci a fuoco basso e se necessario durante lo scongelamento aggiungere un

cottura ultimata, scolare il riso, metterlo in una ciotola e condirlo con

suddividere il riso in due ciotole monoporzione in terracotta. Spolverizzare
con il parmigiano. Infornare a 180° per circa 10-15 min. Alla fine accedente
per qualche minuto la funzione grill per fare la crosticina. </span></div>

le fette di carne e farcirle lasciando liberi i bordi con la salsiccia, la
coppa e la toma. Ripiegare i bordi intorno al ripieno e chiudere bene in modo
che il ripieno non fuoriesca. Sbattere l’uovo con il sale e il latte. Immergere
i fagottini<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>nell'uovo sbattuto poi
nel pangrattato. Per avere un impanatura bella croccante e il fagottino ben
sigillato passare i fagottini di nuovo nell'uovo e nel pangrattato. </span></div>

carote. Tagliarle a julienne<span style="color: black;">. Pulire il porro e
tagliarlo a rondelle fini. </span></span></div>

sbatterle leggermente insieme al parmigiano, alla panna e allo stracchino. Aggiungere
le verdure (zucchine, carote, porri e piselli), sale e pepe e mescolare. Stendere
la pasta sfoglia (con la carta forno) in una teglia diametro di 26/28cm,
bucherellare il fondo con una forchetta e riempire con il composto Ripiegare
verso l’interno la pasta in eccesso. Cuocere per circa 1 ora nel forno
preriscaldato a 180° (il tempo di cottura dipende dal forno). Servire tiepida o
fredda.</span></div>

con farina, zucchero e sale, tagliare a dadini il burro freddo di frigo e
sbriciolarlo con gli altri ingredienti. Rifare la fontana, aggiungere l’uovo e
amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti, lavorando l’impasto il meno possibile per non
fargli perdere friabilità. Avvolgere l’impasto nella pellicola e farlo riposare
per 20 minuti in frigo. Foderare la tortiera (26/28 cm di diametro) con carta
da forno. Stendere la frolla con un mattarello corto e foderare la tortiera. Lavare
i fichi, asciugarli e tagliarli in quattro pari. Distribuirli sulla frolla
stesa e schiacciarli un pochino, non lasciare buchi. Il succo che esce servirà
un po’ da collante. Cuocere in forno caldo a 180° per 30-40 minuti (dipende dal
forno). Prima di togliere la torta dalla teglia e tagliarla aspettare che sia
fredda.</span></div>

<span style="color: black; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10.0pt;">Preriscaldare il forno a 180°. Spennellare bene
omogeneamente con il burro fuso la tortiera. Spolverizzare il fondo con lo
zucchero di canna. Sgocciolare l’ananas e conservare 1/3 del succo. Disporre le
fette sul fondo della tortiera sopra lo zucchero di canna. Sbattere il burro e
lo zucchero con la frusta elettrica finchè saranno leggeri e cremosi. Incorporare
le uova, sbattendo bene a mano a mano che vengono aggiunte, quindi aggiungere l’essenza
di vanillina. E mescolare bene. Aggiungere la farina e il lievito alternandoli
con il succo di ananas e amalgamare bene con un cucchiaio. Versare l’impasto
sopra l’ananas e livellare la superfice. Infornare per 34-40 minuti. Per
controllare se la torta è cotta inserire uno stuzzicadenti.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Se ne esce pulito è cotta. Prima di sformare
la torta lasciarla raffreddare per 10-15 minuti.</span></div>

Nel frattempo mettere in una padella antiaderente, senza olio i dadini di pancetta e</span> <span style="color: black; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10pt;">e lasciarli soffriggere facendoli diventare leggermente croccanti. Togliere dal fuoco e lasciare intiepidire.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

della pelle e sbriciolata con le mani (non ho messo olio, perchè la salsiccia
rilascia il suo grasso) Far rosolare bene. Scaldare il latte, quando è tiepido
aggiungere il parmigiano e la bustina di zafferano, mescolare bene (a me
purtroppo è rimasta un po’ granulosa, ma non ha compromesso la bontà!).
Aggiungere la cremina alla salsiccia.</span></div>

al dente e farla saltare qualche minuto in padella. Se il sughetto si asciuga

con farina, zucchero e sale, Tagliare a dadini il burro freddo di frigo e
sbriciolarlo con gli altri ingredienti. Rifare la fontana, aggiungere l’uovo e
amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti, lavorando l’impasto il meno possibile per non
fargli perdere friabilità. Avvolgere l’impasto nella pellicola e farlo riposare
per 10 minuti in frigo. Foderare la tortiera (26/28 cm di diametro) con carta
da forno. Stendere la frolla e foderare la tortiera. Spalmare con la
marmellata. Decorare la superficie con i ritagli di pasta. Cuocere in forno
caldo a 180° per 25-30 minuti. Prima di togliere la torta dalla teglia

finemente la cipolla, tagliare i peperoni a listarelle e le olive a rondelle. Mettere
l’olio in una padella (io uso la wok), aggiungere le verdure tagliate, la
passata di pomodoro e cuocere per circa 30 minuto a fuoco basso. Se necessario
aggiungere durante la cottura un po’ di acqua calda.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 10.0pt;">Cuocere gli spaghetti in abbondante acqua salata. <span style="color: black;">Quando la pasta è cotta scolarla e farla saltare in padella
per qualche minuto con il sugo preparato. Impiattare e spolverizzare di
parmigiano. Se vi sembra troppo “asciutta” aggiungete un filo di olio.</span></span></div>
